Supplements: Breakfast & Delivery &....From $15.00 plus 10% service charge & 9% government tax.
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Rates do not include the 9%government tax.
Rentals are one week minimum, extra days will be charged at a fifth of weekly rental.
Deposit and Payment
Two nights required. This is applied to the first and last night and is non refundable. A refundable damage deposit of US$1000.00 is also required.
No cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
Housekeeping & Babysitting
Once per week maid service will be included, any additional maid service will be US$10.00 per hour.
Babysitting service, US$32.00 for up to four hours, US$6.50 per hour, thereafter and US$10.00 per hour after the first 8 hours. Bookings can be arranged with our guest services.
American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well as cash and travelers checks.
